The houses

Architectural esthetics, comfort, care taken to the internal adjustment

The residential complex is composed of :

  • isolated houses (170 to 230 m2 on a ground from 300 to 400 m2) ;

  • semi-detached houses (135 to 140 m2 on a ground from 170 to 220 m2) ;

    • Space and light in the entrance hall
    All houses are furnished with :

  • ground lining of Thala marble and semi-sandstone;
  • equipped kitchen;
  • air-conditioning (hot and cold).
